Where can you buy viagra in cardiff

Viagra 50mg tablet contains an active component such as Sildenafil. This medication is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains the active ingredient sildenafil citrate, which belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps men achieve and maintain an erection. Viagra may have side effects, including headache, flushing, dizziness, upset stomach, nasal congestion, and vision changes. It should not be taken with certain medications or conditions, so it's crucial to consult a healthcare professional before using it. Erectile dysfunction can have a profound impact on a man's self-esteem and quality of life. By addressing ED, this medication can help improve a person's sense of well-being and overall happiness.

Individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases, such as heart problems (angina, heart failure, irregular heartbeats) or recent heart attack, should exercise caution when using Viagra. The sexual activity itself can strain the heart and can further increase the strain by increasing blood flow. Consult with a healthcare professional to assess the risks and benefits in such cases. This medication can cause a mild decrease in blood pressure. Caution is advised for individuals with low blood pressure or those taking medications that lower blood pressure, as combining these can lead to potentially harmful interactions. People with severe liver or kidney disease may experience slower elimination of Viagra from the body, leading to a prolonged effect. Dosage adjustments may be necessary in such cases.

What is Erectile Dysfunction? Viagra is a medication used to help men achieve and maintain an erection. It belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by treating the source of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. This is because the way men achieve and maintain erections varies from person to person. In general, sexual arousal in men is required to cause an erection. Erectile dysfunction can be caused by things such as health problems, psychological factors, or lifestyle choices. It can be caused by reduced cholesterol (by controlling high-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels), such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol. Viagra 50 mg does not increase a person's cholesterol levels or interfere with its absorption. It does, however, increase the density of blood cells, allowing for an erection when you get sexually stimulated. It does this by blocking the PDE5 inhibitors in PDE5, an enzyme that breaks down hormones (sildenafil citrate). This, in turn, increases the amount of in the bloodstream, allowing for increased blood flow.

The common side effects of sildenafil include headache, dizziness, nausea, and stomach pain. These side effects are usually mild and may subside with continued use. The most common side effects are prolonged erections,: headache, nasal congestion, and dizziness. Manic--spayers have also been used to support sexual function. However, the use of Viagra 50 mg may cause serious side effects, such as: Priapism. If an individual is also experiencing chest pain or pressure, chest pain/breathing problems, particularly during exertion, pain, or in the face, chest, or shoulder region, immediately, but not always pressure or pain. Men who are sexually active can lead a risky lifestyle, such as: Pruritus. It's especially important to be cautious about alcohol consumption, as it can increase the effect of Viagra on your body. The use of Viagra can cause a sudden decrease in sex drive (the ability to have and sustain an erection) and can be a sign of a serious condition, such as erectile dysfunction. Patients should consult their healthcare provider before using Viagra if they are pregnant, as it can cause harmful effects to the developing fetus.

Is there a Viagra 50 mg tablet available? There is a brand name of Viagra 50 mg, but it is available under the brand name Sildenafil. However, the dosage and usage instructions can vary from person-to-person. The recommended starting dose is 50 mg, usually taken about 1 hour before sexual activity. People who experience prolonged erections or have a history of cardiovascular conditions, such as heart problems (such as heart attack or stroke) or recent heart attacks, irregular heartbeats, or unstable angina, may need a lower dose. The duration of treatment can be up to 4 hours. The side effects of Viagra can include headache, dizziness, nausea, and stomach pain. The dosage is based on cost. Inform your healthcare professional if you have any ways of predicting health risks but not the best way or destination. The warning signs of Viagra include chest pain, shortness of breath, and trouble swallowing.

On 14 March 2023, the UK Medicines regulator approved an application to reclassify the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis. When marketed asCialis Together(tadalafil 10mg), it will be a ‘P’ (pharmacy) medication, and so available ‘over the counter’ in pharmacies – see. This follows the 2018, ‘P’ classification of (sildenafil 50mg) which has been available OTC, without a prescription, since then.

This decision is good news for men’s health …. Erectile dysfunction can be a debilitating condition, so it’s important men feel they have fast access to quality and legitimate care

Dr Laura Squire, MHRA’s Chief Officer for Healthcare, Quality and Access

Unfortunately, there is a strong black market in the UK for ED medicines, which are often unlicensed or counterfeit. UK Border Force and the MHRA seize millions of pounds of these fake products from criminals annually. This new classification of tadalafil 10mg will enable men who suffer from ED to obtain it safely from a local pharmacy.

Sanofi, the drug manufacturer, is expected to launch Cialis Together later in 2023. Cialis Together will be available to purchase in pharmacies without a prescription by men over 18 with erectile dysfunction. Cialis Together tablets will contain 10mg tadalafil and the maximum pack size will be 8 tablets. Other doses and pack sizes of Cialis and tadalafil will still be available on prescription through doctors and specially trained pharmacists. Before purchase in a pharmacy there must be an assessment with a pharmacist, who will check that Cialis Together is appropriate and safe, or whether consultation with a GP is necessary.

What does this mean for patients?

Men suffering with ED will have another treatment option with the convenience of purchasing it in their local pharmacy, including pharmacies found inside supermarkets (eg. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s). The pharmacist will ask some health questions, may check blood pressure, and will advise on treatment with Cialis Together or Viagra Connect, or the need to consult a GP. Pharmacies usually have a private room for such discussions.

Cialis Together is a 10mg tadalafil product for use at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity. Its effects can last. It is not recommended for daily use. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis Together will be one tablet in 24 hours. Prescription Cialis and tadalafil will still be available at different doses.

Dr Fox welcomes the wider access to ED medication for men that Cialis Together classified as a ‘P’ OTC medication will provide. We at Dr Fox are aware of the difficulties men have in discussing ED with their GPs and in accessing ED medication. We know that Cialis is effective and safe for most men and this change provides another option for obtaining ED treatment. Pharmacists are health professionals who are able to give ED advice but they will also know when to refer men who would benefit from a doctor’s assessment. ‘P’ medicines can also be supplied on prescription, and we will offer Cialis Together, when available, alongside our other competitively priced ED products.
